Reservation Fee: $12.00, is charged with each reservation, and is non-refundable.

Change Fee: $8.00, is charged for each modification to a reserved site, and is non-refundable. Modifications of arrival and/or departure dates anytime after 72 hours prior to arrival, including anytime during your stay, are subject to Cancellation Fees first and then, if applicable, Sliding Fees, as well as applicable Change Fees combined. Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee equal up to the cost of two nights' site fees, when cancellations are made less than 72 hours prior to check-in on the scheduled day of arrival.

Additional Units are charged $10 less than site-fee and tents are $14/per night (except cooking tents and tents accommodating youths under 16 years of age). Any combination of units or tents may not exceed three (3), including first-unit.

Water Supply is available as potable water in the Camper's Centre, and at shared pipes in laneways, if/when not available within reserved site.

Sani Dump is available at dump station, if/when not available within reserved site.

Goods & Services Taxes (5% GST) will be added to site/tent fees on your invoice.

Reservation & Change Fees are non-refundable and not subject to GST.

Coin-Operated Showers are $2 for 5 minutes and are available 24/7 in the Campers' Centre.

Laundry Facilities $3 per wash and $3 per dry, are available the same hours as the Campers' Centre.
